Kashmir Story:
Kashmir is 86 0000 radius kilometre three times the size of Belgium. It is sandwich between Indian, China and Pakistan in a mountainous region of the northern-west of India.
The land of Kashmir people has been illegally invaded and occupied by Indian government since 1947. Over 700 000 Indian armies are stationed to quell Kashmir resistance to their illegal occupation.
When Indian PM Nehru took the matter to the UN in 1948. After reviewing the complained UNSC issued a Resolution 47 of 1948, whereas India was told in no uncertain terms that "Kashmir belongs to Kashmiris people and the fate of Kashmir must be decided by Kashmir.
India was tasked to hold Free & Free plebiscite to let Kashmir practice their rights of self-determination. Indian is denying the referendum and been circumventing it by sham elections under martial law and over 100 000 people have been killed by the Indian army.
UN Resolutions
There had been numeorus UNSC resolution on Kashmir which provide legitimacy to the Kashmir cause and obliged India to abide by it.

Human rights abuses in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir state are an ongoing issue.
